my top five market picks for a colourful kitchen

It’s no secret that I have a small aversion to a beige colour scheme. My kitchen lends itself to much the same aversion. If there’s one space you can splash out and be a little daring, it’s this room! So while things might be a little dreary outside this Autumn, get a little bright and happy with these market picks (and do let me know what you love).

1 | It doesn’t get more bright and inspiring than this happy mug from Typo. I love the zap of pink and I love the message on the side. Because you’re beautiful, damnit!

2 | Gone are the days when your mixing bowls had to be glass or white (snoozeville!). Freedom currently stocks these four bad boys and I love the colour clash they have goin’ on!

3 | So I like a Savvy B here and there (sue me!). This stunning little number – the Two Bottle Neoprene Wine Tote – is available now on The Home website.

4 | I love to keep things playful, so these Salvador & Pablo salt and papper shakers – available at Opus Design Co in Paddington – are perfect in ensuring optimum fun!

5 | Howard’s Storage World is so on trend right now with their Orla Kiely tins – perfect to keep out of the pantry and on show. They also come in cake tins. Enough said!P1100781IMG_2856
