adding some colour to my sandwiches

Working in an office has given me great insight into what one should never bring into work for lunch. Parmesan cheese is something best left to enjoy at home, for example. A sandwich on the other hand, you can never go wrong with (ok, unless it’s curried egg. Again, best left for a special night in… alone).

Thankfully my work fridge is about to get a whole lot more colourful with these sandwich wraps from Howards Storage World. Which means not only has my chicken sandwich become a bit fashionable and so very on-trend, darling, but nobody can ever claim they didn’t know it was mine and eat it. Yes, this happens! You know who you are.

These sandwich wraps – made by fuel – are all about the concept of reduce, reuse and recycle. Better yet, they’re completely PVC and lead-free – and you can carry sandwiches and wraps in them (I am slightly addicted to a chicken schnitty wrap!). The velco strips also ensure that no matter how small or big your lunch is (no judgement!), it’s going to be kept safe and secure.

I must mention that I am also going gaga over my new Davis & Waddell cutting board – also from Howards. It’s one of those big, beefy cutting boards that you can slice and dice to your hearts content on. My partner will thoroughly enjoy this (he’s far better in the kitchen than I am!).
