Now it’s no secret that I’m a tad garden challenged. I do love to buy plants for my courtyard, but I seldom seem to be able to keep them alive. I am tinkering with the idea, though, of a herb garden this winter. I’ve always thought that the garden should be a little out of control, a bit untamed, a tad random and not too thought-out. I had never considered though – until my trip to Garden Life in Redfern – that it could also be a place for humour and fun. Needless to say, after hitting this Cleveland Street haven and eyeing off their wares, I am well and truly eager to make the garden a giggle-fest!

1 | I am not sure what you call an Easter version of Kris Kringle, but my office is doing one this week and I was so freakin’ excited to get my hands on one of these awesome paper bags – complete with bunny stamp and pom pom – at Paper2 in Surry Hills. I always say the presentation is just as important as the present itself, so once I fill mine with oodles of chocolate I certainly hope the recipient enjoys it!

Fabric from Spotlight

1 | Since receiving my sewing machine for Christmas, my mind has been occupied with thoughts of one thing; fabric! I headed off to Spotlight at the weekend and nabbed these two.
